Manufacturing Process & Steps

Ordering
To order, browse our soaking tubs. Once you have selected your hydrotherapy package and upgrades and paid, the process begins. You may reach us Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM (CST) anytime for help with an order.

Production (5-7 Business Days)
Due to our Volume of orders, your order will be subject to a three (3) Business Day handling period before we start production of your custom tub. Any changes to your order must be made within the 3 business day time. A change order fee may be assessed for changes made past 3 business days of ordering.

Testing & Boxing (2-3 Business Days)
Depending on the features and upgrades you selected, your tub will be in production 5-7 Business Days before it is completed and prepared for testing. We preform a full water test and detailed inspection of your bathtub before moving it to boxing and preparing for shipping.

Shipping (2-5 Business Days)
Depending on your location, your tub should arrive in 2-5 business days once it has shipped. We will provide all the information necessary to track your bathtub during transit. For more information on shipping click here
