FANTASTIC COMPANY! Not only do they have amazing tubs, the customer service is absolutely STELLAR. Any question I had (there were many) were responded to within 24 hours, usually within 2 even after business hours. I recommend Carver Tubs for anyone wanting a fantastic bathroom.
My new jet tub is wonderful! The customer service was even better. I worked with Travis and he was amazing. He helped me choose the perfect tub. When the installer had a suggestion to make the tub easier to install, my tub was already in production. Travis quickly worked with the factory to make the needed changes. He was quickly responsive to email both before and after the sale and also available on the phone. I don't normally do reviews, but this company was so great, I felt I needed to share.
I can't say enough good things about Carver Tubs. Not only are their products of excellent quality and very reasonably priced, their customer service folks are also willing to go the extra mile in assisting customers after the sale. I have spoken with Travis on a couple of occasions regarding a minor issue with the air switch on my 72 x 48 unit. He was extremely helpful and polite while assisting me in resolving my problem. I would certainly recommend Carver if you are in the market for a great tub at a very competitive price.

It really doesn't get any better, Ben, helped me pick out my tub and customize it, the tub shipped in a timely manner. I got the 59x59, corner, combo tub, the build quality is outstanding, the pumps are quiet, Ben is always available should a problem arise and fixes it immediately. I looked at different tubs for months and i chose wisely.I've already recommended them to a coworker looking to get a jetted tub. Carver Tubs is American made at its best.

By far, this is the best tub for the money and I shopped around! I wanted both a jetted tub with also air bubbles in an oval-drop in design. Carver provides a variety of options within each tub type and was very responsive with questions I had, prior to purchasing and during the installation. Pay close attention to needed dedicated 110v power requirements, based on the options selected (jets, air blower, in-line heater, etc.). I especially like the feature that auto-purges any water in the system, post-tub use and the fact that all PVC water line to jets are curved downward, to prevent water from staying in the system. Lastly, when the owner of Carver is featured in their tub construction videos and was hand-on familiar with their manufacturing processes, that's what closed the sale for me!

I recently purchased a tub from carver tubs and I couldn't be happier!!! I had a couple questions about the process and the staff at carver tubs were more than helpful. They even provided me with additional pictures and videos which helped me with my final choice. Tub arrived as promised and was even better than I had ever imagined. The quality is superb. The jets have 3 settings and are powerful. We leave the tub feeling rejuvenated and totally relaxed. If your in the market for a tub, look no further. You will not regret your purchase!!

Definately giving our Carver Tub a 5(EXCELLENT)!! It sure makes for a relaxing bath, it's so nice & deep & the jets sure relieve them aching muscles, I like them because they make lots & lots of bubbles!! We don't always use the lights, since we always seem to have too many bubbles! This tub is definately worth the $$$ spent.. Will for sure buy from CarverTubs.com again if we ever need another tub...Oh, & the transaction online went smoothly too! GREAT customer service!
